In order to give stress on all-round developement of these children. The school is organizing sports activities on Pune district level over the last 19 years, with the help of Lions Club,Ganesh Khind of Pune.
With the aim of bringing the hearing impaired children in the main stream respectfully and increase their employment opportunities, Adhar Mandal has introduced a programme of developing technical skills of these students in collaboration with Kohinoor Technical Institute, a well known organization in the State of Maharashtra from the year 2013. To begin with, a certificate course in Computer Operator is conducted. Two batches of the said course have 100% result. Adhar Mandal intends to expand this activity for more courses in near future.
It also in pipeline the proposal of starting a Certificate Course (MSCIT) of MKCL, Pune

The students are also trained in activities like file and liquid soap making. School supplies about 600 Liters liquid soap per month to Krups India Company.
